Sliders are an American way of saying mini burgers. You can double these and make them regular sized burgers, they are just so much cuter this way! If you want to serve these with bread, I love using mini whole wheat pitas, but you can use whatever you wish. In the last minute or two of the burgers grilling, throw the bread on the grill too!
This meal looks fancy but it is deceivingly quick! It is a great meal if you want to pull together a BBQ in minutes! Add some salsa and chips and another of your favorite salads and you have a dream BBQ!
I call this perfect rice, because it’s soft and tender in all the ways you wish rice would always be! This is a good base recipe for all white and brown rice (just read the packaging of brown rice for cooking time).
If you were ever a person who bought guacamole already made, you won’t ever again after tasting this salad. You can make this into guacamole if you wish, just by mashing the avocado first and then adding the dressing. Keep the pit with the salad until ready to serve- it will maintain its beautiful green color instead of browning! This salad goes so well with sunnyside up eggs, chips to dip, sandwiches, fish… Make extra but it only will last another day or two in the fridge.
Pargiot are skinless and boneless dark meat thighs and legs of the chicken. They are the most flavorful part and make this whole dish juicier and more tender. Pairing them with grilled onions, rice and avocado salad is the perfect way to fill up a taco and your stomach! This is a great meal to serve even at room temperature!
