Everyone has that token vegetarian or vegan friend, and once in a while people just want new tofu recipes for themselves. Here is an easy dinner recipe (with barely any cooking involved!!!!!)
Chutney is a sauce commonly used in the cuisines of the Indian subcontinent. Chutneys vary in flavor and ingredients but are usually on the sweet side with a kick. Here is my version in this one-pot wonder.
In Israel this fish is called Lokus. In America it is called Dusky grouper bass. It looks like flounder but is buttery like sea bass. Ask your local fish store if they have it! If not, use fresh flounder or tilapia.
This is an amazingly quick recipe IF you have really good chicken stock or leftover chicken soup. It’s important to have a really good base to have a flavorful soup!
This dish is so quick but has a depth of flavor. Even people who don’t typically like ‘curry’ flavors will like this because, the cauliflower calms the flavors and the honey gives it a sweet depth.
