If you have leftover chicken soup, this is an amazing way to have an entirely new dish. Strain the soup and use it like stock. Discard the vegetables and keep the chicken!! Feel free to add rice noodles, or rice to make it more filling but a few bowls of this hearty goodness and you will never look at leftover chicken soup the same again!

Shakshuka is my favorite breakfast! It is one of Israel’s most popular dishes and was inspired and brought over from North Africa. There are so many ways to make shakshuka, with all different kinds of fresh herbs, greens, cheeses…But here is my version of shakshuka and feel free to add feta, goat cheese or fresh mozzarella to the recipe when you add the eggs.
Make a double batch of the tomato jam and use it in pasta, on grilled chicken, in sandwiches or even mixed with warm spinach as a side dish!!
