I love muffins. But I love savory muffins even more because I crave salt and spice but sometimes in a small beautiful moist bundle

Almond flour is just finely ground almonds and can be found in any spice shop and health food store, and in the organic section of most supermarkets. Almond flour is a really good substitute for bread crumbs or flour. It cooks well and is gluten and grain free and very low in carbs!
Feel free to swap and switch with any flavors and toppings you would like! The important thing to learn here is that you can dress up your sunny side up eggs and that grilling the bread makes all the difference!
These really take under 10 minutes to make and if you have pretty little cupcake papers, use them! I love these little muffin tins because there is no clean up and they look divine! If you would rather make a large quiche, use the standard round pan or tin and this recipe might even make 2 of them!
These gluten-free latkes are always a hit because they have such gorgeous color, flavor and are cheesy when you bite into them! They are so flavorful that you don’t even need any toppings! You can make them hours in advance and just warm them up in the oven right before serving.
Tips for successful latkes: Drain as well as you can. Don’t make too many at a time and don’t move them or touch them in between. Use a spatula and a wooden spoon to turn the latke to its other side. If your oil gets dirty and bubbly, pour it out and pat the pan dry and use fresh oil for the next batch.
