Everyone loves a good sandwich. This recipe is great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The key is for buying high-quality ingredients. The fresher the bread and the higher quality the cheese, the more delicious it will be! Feel free to add and subtract your own ingredients.
Fritters are savory and flavorful pancakes that fulfill so many cravings at once! If you are not a spicy food lover, you can still add the chili pepper and just remove the seeds. They add so much flavor and won’t be spicy without the seeds.
This is my version of pasta and meatballs. It has so much flavor and is more fun than what people are used to. Use a fattier minced meat so that your meatballs are not dry. If you want to save time, don’t make meatballs! Make this pasta and meat sauce. To do so, just skip the step of forming the meatballs. Add the olive oil to the pan, sear the ground meat, add the rest of the ingredients and follow the rest of the directions from when you would have added the meatballs back into the pot. And done!
These are like mini pizzas and go great with a side of warm tomato sauce to dip them into. They also reheat well! Feel free to add your own “toppings” instead of sundried tomato and spinach, you can add what you love!
I used a blend of black and regular lentils (cooking them for the same amount of time) It really helps to place the mixture in the fridge for a bit to hold the burger together more but if you want to eat it right away, just be very cautious when turning it over, best with a spatula and spoon together. If you are eating the burger with cheese, place the cheese on top immediately after flipping it over to the second side.
