You can make this recipe with any version of chicken. I like to roast it whole or anything on the bone, because it is much juicier and creates a lot of liquid. You can serve this dish with rice or make a whole wheat pasta, add olive oil, salt and the delicious white wine sauce from the chicken!
You can make this coleslaw in advance or right before. I love my coleslaw crunchy so I add the dressing right before but it can last up to 4 days dressed in the fridge and taste divine.
As the weather is getting colder, there is nothing like having a big pot of soup on the fire. This is my version of lentil soup but feel free to play around with the vegetables you put in!
This recipe is surprisingly filling, ,feel free to make it with only sweet potatoes if you don’t want to use regular potatoes
Miso is the elegant Japanese term for fermented soybean paste. When mixed with sweet and spices and cooked it creates a unique but gentle flavor. It lasts forever in your fridge, so if you buy it once. place it in a jar or container and pull it out when needed. You can make this recipe without the paste and it will still be bold and colorful and delicious! The trick to this dish is using high quality fish!
