This is the easiest and most delicious way to make glazed salmon! You will make the recipe again and again because of the flavors and little prep and cleanup! If you like things spicy be sure to chop the chili pepper at the end, it add such incredible flavor! (If you like medium spicy, remove the seeds, and if you don’t like spicy at all, discard it after its cooked)
Lentils are high in protein and filling! This salad is so good leftover too. Feel free to add a leafy green and turn it into a lettuce salad too! Or add pulled chicken or fish and its a one dish dinner!
This tastes like butter, but better. It is light and creamy and beyond delicious. Be sure to double this recipe if serving it to big eaters!
These mushrooms taste meaty! I love that you don’t have to chop them or do anything to them, you just throw them in the oven and they complete the whole salad!
I served this with a side of grilled whole grain bread. I love pulling apart the fish and mixing it into the tomato salad and putting it on top of the bread like bruschetta (Get a grill pan on high heat and add the bread for 3 minutes per side, no oil needed)
