Rhubarb is a species of plant that has pinkish stalks that are crisp like celery with a strong, tart taste and is often prepared as though it were a fruit. I decided to turn it into jam and thus became the inspiration to this salmon dish!
This dish was inspired by really unhealthy sweet sticky chicken that everyone loves. But why does it have to be bad for you and make you feel sick after? It doesn’t! Try this recipe that doesn’t have any flour, MSG, ketchup, BBQ sauce or any of the other garbage that is usually in those recipes! It also happens to taste much better!!!
Everyone cooks the same two fish – salmon and tilapia. And everyone says the same thing – I like fish if it doesn’t taste too fishy. So listen carefully to me: fish should never taste fishy. Fish should just taste buttery and delicious. It only tastes fishy if it is poor quality or not fresh. So do yourself and all your fish non-fish lovers a favor and buy some quality fresh fish and you will discover how fish is supposed to taste.
I have yet to meet someone who doesn’t love garlic bread. But if you are going to make it, make it right! It is so easy and with this fresh garlic flavor and dipped into soup, you will wish it never ends.
This dish is so quick but has a depth of flavor. Even people who don’t typically like ‘curry’ flavors will like this because, the cauliflower calms the flavors and the honey gives it a sweet depth.
