These really take under 10 minutes to make and if you have pretty little cupcake papers, use them! I love these little muffin tins because there is no clean up and they look divine! If you would rather make a large quiche, use the standard round pan or tin and this recipe might even make 2 of them!
This lasts up to three days in the fridge, it just gets softer. If you can’t find a Chinese cabbage, a regular one does just great!
If you are making this with the grilled chicken, place it on the grill right after the chicken, to get all those flavors!
You can make this soup as thick or thin as you wish. I love thinner soups, especially when I add rice noodles, because then I can slurp them up like ramen!
You know that sweet chili sauce in the bottle that everyone buys? It’s filled with preservatives and chemicals that you don’t need but people really love the flavor. I recreated it in this dish but instead used fresh ingredients. These got finished in 4 minutes.
