This is a Moroccan inspired dish. It Is deep in flavor but still subtle. The better quality the raisons the better this dish is!

This salad is so filling and can be a whole meal in itself. If you want it to be dinner by itself, feel free to add leftover noodles, chicken, cheese, fish, meat or tofu that you may have ‘lying around’.
I highly recommend adding a protein to this chickpea purple sprouts salad if it not a side dish to many other dishes. It would go so well with grilled steak or chicken.
I love goat cheese, and honey brings out its flavor even more! Feel free to play around with this recipe, adding other fresh vegetables and cheeses!
This recipe is great because you are only using one pot and one bowl. It has about 5 minutes of prep, 30 minutes cooking time and is done.
