These muffins are addictive, moist and perfect in every way. If you want them to be more dessert-y add the chocolate chips. If you want them to be more breakfast-y then leave out the chocolate.
Here is my version of this popular salad! Feel free to mix and match your favorite items or throw in other things as well such as roasted peppers, pomegranates, oranges, mushrooms and sprouts. If you don’t like anchovies substitute them with dijon mustard and keep the rest of the dressing the same.
Any cut of meat that is meant to be grilled (instead of slow cooked) is great for this recipe. Depending on your budget, the higher quality of meat the better this will taste. I good piece of meat needs nothing more than salt and pepper before it goes on the grill. In Israel the top cuts of meat I would suggest for this would be #1,5,6,7 (1 being the best).
Let the onions sit in the dressing for at least 5 minutes before serving to marinate them and take off their sharp taste. This salad is great because it has details to it but can be done in minutes without having to cook anything!
If you can’t find yellow beets, just make this with 1 extra red beet. This salad is so light and tastes just like something you would order in a restaurant and love but pay way too much for!
