Pita chips are the best! They are great for dipping in soups, hummus, tahini, or crunching them up with your hands and using them as croutons. They are so easy to make and if you keep them sealed, they can last up to 5 days!
This is a Moroccan inspired dish. It Is deep in flavor but still subtle. The better quality the raisons the better this dish is!
Make a double batch of the tomato jam and use it in pasta, on grilled chicken, in sandwiches or even mixed with warm spinach as a side dish!!

This salad is so filling and can be a whole meal in itself. If you want it to be dinner by itself, feel free to add leftover noodles, chicken, cheese, fish, meat or tofu that you may have ‘lying around’.
