Bread pudding
This is my go to when I have leftover challah. I actually look forward to having stale leftover pieces of challah just so I can make this treat! All breads work!

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Prepare a glass baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Add all the ingredients and mix well. Flatten well with hand.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes or until top is golden. Slice when cooled.
