  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Prepare 2 sheet pans with parchment paper. Wet hands, and using palms of your hands make small flat cookies. Place them far from each other. Bake for 12 minutes. Let rest at least 5 minutes before you try and move them!
