Infused olive oil
It doesn’t take much to infuse your own olive oils and they retain the flavor within 1 day and last up to six months! Use the olive oil the way you would for all recipes and dressings, it will just taste better!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a jar and use when needed.
Notes & Tips:
Use the sundried tomatoes in salads, sandwiches, on chicken, fish etc. Here are other things you can infuse your oil with; rosemary, thyme, oregano, chili peppers.
