There is nothing like homemade challah. But who has the time to cook all of Shabbos and make challah too?? Now you do! With this great no fuss recipe, this sweet whole wheat challah will warm your shabbos table and heart. It is a big batch so you can make 6 large ones or a bunch of small ones and freeze for the following shabbat!

- Add the yeast to the warm water. Be sure it is warm and not too hot. Add the apple juice concentrate and honey and mix well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it becomes a sticky dough. Cover and let rise for 1-2 hours (depending on how warm your kitchen is)
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Punch down the dough and use a bit more flour to mix the dough and section them into balls. Will be very sticky add additional flour until the dough becomes easier to work with. Braid the dough to your liking and bake for 45 minutes. Makes 6 large challahs.
