Mediterranean fresh salad
If you are eating this salad by itself (not as a side to pasta) feel free to add grilled chicken, steak, tofu, cheese or tuna! It’s a great appetizer salad too if you want to add pulled fish.

  1. Add spinach, tomatoes and olives to a salad bowl.
  2. In a separate jar mix together the rest of the ingredients, shake well and pour over salad right before serve.
