Pea shoot avocado salad
A lot of people don’t know what to do with pea shoots or sprouts. Here is a great and flavorful way to incorporate them and their many health benefits into your day!

Ingredients:
- 6 ounces pea shoots or green sprouts
- 3 avocados sliced
- 1 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt pink Himalayan
Directions:
- In a salad bowl add the oil, vinegar, spices, and honey and whisk with a fork.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Serve right away.
