Smoothie ice cubes
These can be smoothies on the go, or used to be placed in milk and will bring your cup of milk to a whole new level! They are like a mini Popsicle and are a great snack and treat for kids!

- 1/2 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
- 1/2 cup strawberries frozen or fresh
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 serving size yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons silan date honey
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place in ice cube trays and freeze.
