Zucchini Pizzas
Honey brings out the flavor in cheese. I love these mini pizzas because they are so easy and SO delicious. And happen to be gluten free!

Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper. Add zucchini slices, olive oil, salt, paprika and chili flakes and mix well. Place the zucchinis next to each other without overlapping.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Add cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Serve hot!
Notes & Tips:

Feel free to use any shredded cheese of your liking. Dip them in soup and your life will be complete.
