


Persian lamb stew (Ghormeh Sabzi)
This is a famous Persian green stew called Ghormeh Sabzi. It is not so pretty to look at but beyond delicious. You can find dehydrated limes at all spice shops and in Israel, often in the spice section of a supermarket.

Spinach noodles with lamb sauce
Not everyone likes lamb, if you are one of those, feel free to substitute the lamb with regular beef or even turkey! I found spinach noodles in the organic section of the supermarket but if you want to use regular spaghetti or your favorite shape of pasta, do it!!

Mint and garlic lamb chops
If you are serving these for Friday night dinner, only put the lamb on your hot plate or warming drawer 15 minutes before you eat. (but have it be room temperature when you put it in). Place the mint paste on right before you serve for best flavor and color
